Beverly Litdog Longid
President
Bev is of Bontok and Kankanaey ancestry. She has been Chair of the Cordillera Peoples’ Alliance since October 2006. A graduate of law, Bev has also been working with Dinteg, the Cordillera Indigenous Peoples’ Law Center, since 1999, FLAG, the Free Legal Assistance Group, since 2002, and NUPL, the National Union of People’s Lawyers, since 2007.
Bev went to Easter School (now Easter College) for her elementary education, the University of the Philippines - Baguio for her secondary education, the Baguio Colleges Foundation (now University of the Cordilleras) to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and the University of Baguio to obtain a Bachelor of Laws degree.
Bev has one son.

Genasque Enriquez
Vice-President
Genasque is of Manobo ancestry. He is a farmer, a single-motor driver, and community development worker. From 2005 to March 2009, he was Vice-Chair of MAPASU, Malahutayong Pakigbisog alang sa Sumusunod (Persistent Struggle for Future Generations), an organization of 22 Lumad communities in Lianga, San Agustin, Cagwait, and Tago in the province of Surigao del Sur. In April this year, he was elected General Secretary of the Kasalo Organization in the Caraga region.
Genasque is married and has three children.

Francisca Macliing Claver
Chair
Fran is of Bontok ancestry. She worked with the Cordillera Peoples’ Alliance for ten years, from 1984 to 1993 – first as a researcher and writer, then as a community organizer, then as its Secretary-General, and finally as its Vice-Chair. Since 1998, she has been a lawyer with the firm Estrada, Calpito, Claver and Associates, and a professor of law at the University of the Cordilleras and the University of Baguio.
Fran holds a Master of Laws degree in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Baguio Colleges Foundation (University of the Cordilleras), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños. She is an alumnus of the Philippine Science High School.
Fran is married and has five children.

Dulphing Bayang Ogan
Vice-Chair
Dulphing is of B’laan ancestry. He is currently the Secretary-General of KALUMARAN, the Kusog sa Katawhang Lumad sa Mindanao (Strength of the Indigenous Peoples of Mindanao), the Mindanao Convenor of the Indigenous Peoples’ Rights Monitor, and a Trainer of the Asia Indigenous Peoples’ Pact’s Indigenous Community Organizers and Leaders Training Programme. He is a community leader, organizer, and trainer, a social researcher and development worker, an ecological management program facilitator for the United Church of Christ in the Philippines, and a para-legal.
Dulphing holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education in English from the Ramon Magsaysay Memorial College.
Dulphing is married and has four children.

Nelson Isip Mallari
Secretary-General
Nelson is of Aeta ancestry. He represents the Aeta peoples in the National Council of KAMP, the Kalipunan ng Katutubong Mamamayan ng Pilipinas (Federation of the Indigenous Peoples of the Philippines).
Nelson helped organize his fellow-Aeta in the aftermath of the Mount Pinatubo disaster of 1991. His work and that of his fellow organizers resulted in the founding of the Samahan ng mga Katutubong Aeta sa Nabuklod, Floridablanca (Organization of the Indigenous Aeta of Nabuklod, Floridablanca) and the Aguman dareng Katutubong Ayta keng Floridablanca (Federation of the Indigenous Aeta of Floridablanca). In 2001, Nelson was chosen to represent the Aeta of his area in the Executive Council of CLAA, the Central Luzon Aeta Association, and in 2003 was elected CLAA Secretary-General. In 2004, he became a spokesman of the national environmental coalition Defend Patrimony, and in 2008 became coordinator of the regional environmental alliance Protect Zambales.
Nelson is married and has two children.

Tyrone Edward Beyer
Deputy Secretary
Tyrone is of Tuwali (Ifugao) ancestry. He is currently chair of Tignayan dagiti Agtutubo ti Kordilyera para iti Demokrasya ken Rang-ay (TAKDER). He also serves on the staff of the Center for Cordillera Peoples Concerns in Quezon City and the secretariat of Kalipunan ng Katutubong Mamamayan ng Pilipinas (KAMP).
Tyrone studied Community Development from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.
He is married but does not yet have any children.

Richard Guyguyon Gadit
Treasurer
Richard is of Tuwali (Ifugao) ancestry. He is the Program Coordinator of the Center for Cordillera Peoples’ Concerns in Metro-Manila. He graduated from the University of the Philippines in Diliman with a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development. While he was in college, Richard chaired UP Anido. He helped found the inter-university Cordillera sudents’ formation TAKDER and continues to serve as one of its organizers. Richard is also a member of the National Indigenous Youth Network and the Asia-Pacific Indigenous Youth Network. #
